    Executive Chef

    William has over 15 years in the food service industry. He credits the depth of his culinary skill and knowledge to the 8 years spent training under the executive chef at Second Empire Restaurant in downtown Raleigh. He joined the Bon Appétit team in October 2013, and enjoys the opportunity to explore his creativity. William grew up in Sneads Ferry, a small beach town outside of Topsail. His childhood was spent helping his father on the job site, where the importance of a strong work ethic was instilled at a young age. For William, if he has mastered his craft, he has achieved true success in the culinary world, and in his career.

    William’s inspiration comes from making people happy with his food. He is inspired by each daily challenge as he raises three kids and continues to build his skill set in both culinary, and management.
